A slightly less traditional way of teaching road safety

“This is my son. We do this a lot but this is the first time on this road.”

Notes: That parent-child experience of teaching road safety on a bike. This one caught be off guards and had me pull a u-turn (safely) to ride back and take the photo.  I could have spent time chatting, but there was traffic and lights and so we barely had a minute to finish everything. But I will be keeping my eyes open for them when on the road.

It also tells of my limits in what I think happens – can happen. An electric wheelchair with young cyclists, enjoying that universal moment. Never considered that before. New scope opening.

Not sure what I like the most. The bicycle lesson. The corn-cob pipe. The Panama hat. Or the dog.
