“I have ridden 150 kms so far today. I still have 15 kilometres more to do before I am home. I don’t know if I have a good reason why, but I have a knee injury and I wanted to continue with a sporting activity. And since I have nothing better to do. The knee has an inflammation at the tibia and I can ride and it is not bad. Walking is too difficult. On the bike I avoid the impact, the shock, and the movement continues. But I was just on the pave and that was hard. I will be riding for another six weeks before I can start running again.”
